Vanilla

Harvesting and Blanching
Fresh green vanilla pods are handpicked from our greenhouse and quickly blanched in hot water to halt enzymatic processes.

Drying and Sorting
The pods are spread out in the sun and stored in a warm place at night until they reach the ideal moisture content, then meticulously sorted by length and size.

Packaging
Finally, the vanilla pods are sorted and packed in bulk, ready for export.

Sweating
Post-blanching, the pods are wrapped and kept in a warm, humid environment to enhance their aroma and flavor.

Conditioning
The pods are conditioned for several months in a controlled environment to further develop their rich flavor.
